A dosage calculator turns vial size, diluent volume and a target amount into syringe units. It does arithmetic and nothing else, so it cannot tell you whether something is safe or legal to take.

  • Output is maths, not a prescription.
  • Garbage in (wrong scale or concentration) means garbage out.

Step-by-step arithmetic without the UI: How to reconstitute peptides

The equations

If the vial contains X mg of peptide and you add Y mL of diluent:

Concentration (mcg/mL) = (X × 1000) ÷ Y

For desired dose Z mcg:

Volume (mL) = Z ÷ concentration = (Z × Y) ÷ (X × 1000)

On a U-100 syringe: units = mL × 100

Worked example

What a calculator must not do

  • Recommend a dose or a compound
  • Treat “U-50” as 50 units/mL (that is a common twofold underdose bug)
  • Imply more water = more doses (mass is conserved)
  • Convert research chemicals into approved medicines
