Mixing inputs that matter
- Mass in the vial (mg)
- Diluent volume (mL of bacteriostatic or sterile water - different products)
- Desired dose (usually mcg)
- Syringe scale (almost always U-100 for insulin-type syringes)

What mixing does not change
Adding diluent never increases total peptide mass. If someone sells you a chart that implies more water = more doses, the chart is wrong about conservation of mass.
