Sebastian Hunter is a senior advisor who spends his days helping people make good decisions and his early mornings running long distances. He is 42, married to Sofia, and father to two children who think his race medals are pirate treasure. Two years ago he decided he was ageing badly and did something about it: sleep, strength, running, and then peptides, which he came to as a sceptic and now uses with his eyes open and his bloodwork on file. He writes here about what he takes, what he does, what it costs, and what actually changes. He is not a doctor. He is a man running his own experiment and keeping honest notes.
