Peptide Reconstitution Calculator: Units, mL and U-50

Turn mass, diluent and dose into draw volume and syringe units, including the U-50 syringe trap that produces a quiet underdose.

Plain English

Reconstitution calculators combine powder amount and liquid volume into a concentration, then read it off a syringe scale. We walk through the idea in plain language, including the U-50 trap. Education, not treatment advice.

  • Reconstitution = dissolving powder to a known concentration.
  • Always check units (mg, mcg, mL, syringe units).
  • Research-use products are not approved medicines.

If you searched peptide reconstitution calculator, you want the dosing-arithmetic tool - not a chemistry mass calculator.

What it calculates

  1. Concentration after you add diluent to vial mass
  2. Volume to draw for a desired dose
  3. Syringe units on a real scale (U-100 / U-40 / U-500)
  4. Doses per vial from mass and dose size - independent of water volume

The U-50 trap (why tools disagree)

There is no U-50 concentration scale. A “50-unit” syringe is usually a 0.5 mL U-100 barrel. Treating U-50 as 50 units/mL produces a silent 2× underdose.

Our calculator models scale and barrel separately so that bug cannot ship.

Chemistry vs dosing SERP

Some “peptide calculator” results compute molecular weight and isoelectric point for lab synthesis. This page is reconstitution dosing arithmetic only.
