AOD-9604 + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Dosage: The Blend, Protocol and Calculator

AOD-9604, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin dosage: the common 12 mg triple-blend vial two real sources describe, reconstitution math, and why the three are combined.

The short version

AOD-9604, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are three research peptides sometimes sold together in one blend vial, commonly 12 mg total in a 6:3:3 mg ratio. Only one dosing site gives a dose for this blend: once daily, rising from 400 mcg to 1,200 mcg of total blend over 12 weeks. That is one site's figure, not established common practice, and no trial has tested it. No published human study has given the three together, and AOD-9604 alone has no published human dosing study.

  • The common product is a single 12 mg vial: 6 mg AOD-9604, 3 mg CJC-1295 and 3 mg ipamorelin.
  • Only one dosing site gives a dose for this blend, 400 mcg rising to 1,200 mcg once daily. I could not find a second source.
  • No published human trial has tested this three-compound combination, at any dose.
  • AOD-9604 alone has no published human dosing study either. See the AOD-9604 dosage page.

AOD-9604, CJC-1295 (no-DAC) and ipamorelin are three research peptides sometimes sold and dosed together from one blended vial. None has an approved dose, because none has an approved product, and no published human trial has tested the three given together. This page covers what dosing sources describe for the blend, the reconstitution arithmetic, why the pairing is used and what remains untested. For each compound on its own, see the AOD-9604 guide, the CJC-1295 guide and the ipamorelin guide.

US legal status - Research use only

None of AOD-9604, CJC-1295 or ipamorelin has an FDA-approved product. All three are sold as research chemicals, not legally marketed for human use.

AU legal status - Not on the ARTG

All three sit under Schedule 4 or Appendix D of the Poisons Standard - prescription only or a named substance requiring authority - and none is on the ARTG.

Regulators reach their own conclusions on their own timelines. Where these two disagree, the difference is the point - not an error.

AOD-9604, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin dosage: what one source describes

Two independent sources describe the same blend composition. The dosing site Dosage Peptide and the vendor Pure Lab Peptides both list a 12 mg vial. It holds 6 mg AOD-9604, 3 mg CJC-1295 and 3 mg ipamorelin.

Only one of those sources gives a dose. Dosage Peptide describes reconstituting the 12 mg vial with 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water (4 mg/mL of total blend). It gives one subcutaneous injection a day, escalating as follows:

  • Weeks 1-4: 400 mcg of total blend
  • Weeks 5-8: 800 mcg
  • Weeks 9-12: 1,200 mcg

I searched for a second, independent source giving a dose for this exact blend and could not find one. This page therefore reports the escalation as one dosing site’s figure, not as common practice, and gives no units chart for it. Dosage Peptide is not a clinical or regulatory source.

Why these three peptides are combined

Dosage Peptide, the source for the dose above, describes the blend as pairing a lipolytic growth-hormone fragment with a GHRH analogue and a growth-hormone secretagogue. That is a claim by the dosing site, not independent evidence that the three-way blend produces those effects together in people.

What no published trial has tested

No published human study has given AOD-9604, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin together, in any dose, route or schedule. It is not a studied combination. Each compound’s own record is thin:

Full detail on each is on its own dosing page: AOD-9604 dosage, CJC-1295 dosage and ipamorelin dosage.

Side effects of each component

None of that is safety data for this three-way blend. Combining three compounds, none with long-term human safety data, carries risks that this page cannot quantify. No trial has tested their dose or schedule together, and interactions are unknown. A vial bought outside the trial system carries no verified content, purity or concentration for any of the three peptides.

None of the three compounds has FDA approval, in any form. All are sold as research chemicals rather than legally marketed human drugs. CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are both named in the current WADA Prohibited List as growth hormone releasing factors and secretagogues, prohibited at all times in sport. Combining them in one vial does not change any compound’s individual regulatory status.

For jurisdiction-specific detail, see each compound’s page: AOD-9604, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin. For how US law treats research-use-only peptides generally, see research peptides and the law.

Common questions

What is the usual AOD-9604, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin dosage?

Only one dosing-guide site gives a dose for this exact blend. It describes one subcutaneous injection a day on an empty stomach, starting at 400 mcg of total blend and rising to 1,200 mcg over a 12-week cycle. The vial is 12 mg, reconstituted with 3.0 mL of water. I could not find a second, independent source, so this page reports it as one site's figure, not common practice. No trial has tested it as this three-way combination.

What comes in an AOD-9604, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin blend vial?

The product most often sold is a single 12 mg vial. It holds 6 mg of AOD-9604, 3 mg of CJC-1295 (no-DAC) and 3 mg of ipamorelin, a 2:1:1 ratio. One reconstitution and one injection delivers all three peptides together.

Why are these three peptides combined?

AOD-9604 is a fragment of human growth hormone that preclinical reports associate with fat metabolism without raising IGF-1. CJC-1295 and ipamorelin act on two different growth-hormone-axis receptors (GHRH and ghrelin, respectively) and are separately paired for that reason. Sources describing this blend combine a fat-metabolism peptide with that same pairing. That is a mechanism argument made by those sources, not evidence that the three-way combination has been tested in people.

Has this combination been tested in a clinical trial?

No. No published human trial has tested AOD-9604, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin given together, at any dose. AOD-9604 itself has no published human dosing study; its company-run obesity trial never had its dosing published in a checkable source. CJC-1295 and ipamorelin each have separate, smaller human trial data on their own. See the individual dosing pages.

How do I work out reconstitution and injection volume for the blend?

That depends on your vial: its total mg content and how much diluent was added. This page cannot know either. Use the dosage calculator to work through the arithmetic for your own vial.

What are the side effects of combining these three peptides?

No published trial has looked at side effects of the three given together, so the combination has no dedicated human safety data. Each compound's own record is on its own page: what little exists for AOD-9604, and the separate small trial data for CJC-1295 and ipamorelin.
