Peptide protocol builder
Pick up to four compounds. Each starts on its common protocol; adjust the dose, frequency, length and vial size to see weekly totals, vials needed for the run, and a week laid out day by day. Combinations are checked for compounds that act on the same receptor.
The starting numbers are common practice drawn from real protocols, not doses established in trials. No regulator has set a dose for any of these compounds. How I source them.
Each compound starts on the low end of its common protocol. Change any number to see totals and vials update.

Questions
- Where do the starting numbers come from?
- Each compound starts on the low end of its common protocol - the dose, frequency and cycle length in wide use, taken from at least two real sources on different sites such as clinic protocols and dosing guides. They are common practice, not doses established in clinical trials; no regulator has set a dose for any research compound here.
- Does the builder tell me whether a stack is safe?
- No. It flags two things from the data: compounds that act on the same receptor, so running both doubles up on one target, and pairings that sources name as common. Almost no combination of research peptides has been tested in people, so the absence of a flag is not evidence that a combination is safe.
- How does it work out vials needed?
- Dose times doses per week times weeks gives the total for the run; that total in milligrams divided by the vial size, rounded up to a whole vial, is the vial count. Oral compounds have no vial count.
- How do I turn a dose into syringe units?
- That depends on how much bacteriostatic water went into the vial. Each compound card links to the dosage calculator with the vial size and dose filled in, where you add the water volume and syringe type.
Not in the builder
I could not find a consistent protocol in real sources for these, so they are left out rather than given invented numbers: Adamax, Adipotide, AICAR, Cerebrolysin, Chonluten, Eloralintide, Livagen, PE-22-28, PNC-27, SLU-PP-332.
