Next Level Pharm Review: Is It Legit? COAs, Lab and FDA Record
Is Next Level Pharm legit? It names its labs, posts batch COAs and takes cards; I found no FDA warning letter. It names no owner and refunds nothing once shipped.
The short version
Next Level Pharm passes most of my testing checks and falls short on transparency and refunds. I found no FDA warning letter naming it. It names two testing labs, one of its BPC-157 certificates checks out on the tester's own site, and it takes major cards. Against that, it names no owner and its only address is its registered agent's. Its company was formed in March 2026, and it refunds nothing once an order ships. This is a checklist report, not a rating.
- I found no FDA warning letter naming Next Level Pharm or Next Level Research Group LLC (searched 3 October 2026).
- Its BPC-157 page links a Janoshik test of batch NLP0330-001 that I confirmed on Janoshik's own site.
- The Sheridan, Wyoming address it lists is its registered agent's address, according to the state business record.
- No owner is named on the site or in the Wyoming filing. The LLC was formed on 26 March 2026.
- All sales are final. Damaged or wrong orders get a replacement at its discretion, never a refund.
Next Level Pharm passes most of my testing checks and falls short on transparency and refunds. I found no FDA warning letter naming it. It names its labs, publishes batch certificates and takes cards. I confirmed one certificate on the tester’s own site. It names no owner, its address belongs to its registered agent, and all sales are final.
Everything below comes from the company’s site, the testing labs’ sites, Wyoming’s business registry, Trustpilot and fda.gov. I checked it all on 3 October 2026 against my vendor checklist.

What Next Level Pharm is
Next Level Pharm is an online store selling research peptides, including BPC-157, TB-500, retatrutide (sold as “RETA GLP-3”) and tirzepatide (“Tirzep GLP-2”). Its catalogue is grouped by research area, such as Metabolic Research and Cellular & Tissue Research.
Its homepage says its peptides are “Synthesized and quality-checked at U.S. facilities”. I found no named synthesis facility. The Janoshik report names the manufacturer as Next Level Research Group LLC, a Wyoming company formed on 26 March 2026.
The certificates, checked
The BPC-157 page has a COA tab with three documents:
- Horizon Analytical purity certificate. Lot NLP-7317226-P, 99.36% purity by UPLC-MS, 9.78 mg found in a 10 mg vial.
- Horizon Analytical endotoxin certificate. Lot NLP-7317226-E, below 0.05 EU/mL.
- Janoshik test report #150817. Client Next Level Pharm, manufacturer Next Level Research Group LLC, batch NLP0330-001, received 17 April 2026. It found 11.63 mg of BPC-157 at 99.414% purity.
I opened the Janoshik report on Janoshik’s own site, so it doesn’t depend on the seller’s copy. The two Horizon certificates say they are “Searchable via: horizonanalytical.com”, but Horizon’s verification page asks for a report number the certificates don’t print. I could not confirm them there.
Both Horizon certificates date the analysis to 18 June 2026, five days before their received date of 23 June 2026. That may be a clerical slip, so ask the seller or the lab about it. The Horizon and Janoshik documents also cover different batches, so neither confirms the other.
Research-only framing
The FAQ answers “Absolutely not” when asked whether products are for human consumption. It says purchases are “strictly limited to institutional researchers, laboratory professionals, and qualified individuals conducting authorized scientific studies”.
Support staff are “strictly prohibited from providing any medical advice, dosage guidelines, administration instructions, or personal use recommendations”. Any message about human use “will result in the immediate cancellation of your order and the permanent termination of your customer account.”
I found no dosing instructions or disease claims on the BPC-157 and retatrutide pages. Retatrutide is sold in vials of 5 mg to 60 mg.
Address and ownership
The site lists 30 N Gould St, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Wyoming’s registry gives that same address as the principal office, mailing address and registered agent of Next Level Research Group LLC. The registered agent, Northwest Registered Agent Service Inc, also organized the company. A registered agent’s address is where legal papers go, so it can’t confirm a warehouse, office or lab.
The About page mentions unnamed founders. The Wyoming filing names no member or manager.
Returns
The return policy says: “Strict No-Return Policy: Due to the highly sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.”
For an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, it will “at its sole discretion, issue a replacement for the affected items” if you send photos within 48 hours. It adds: “We do not issue monetary refunds for goods damaged in transit.”
Refused packages, and those returned because of a wrong address, are disposed of with no refund or reshipment. My checklist treats the lack of any refund path as risk moved onto the buyer.
What is the most trustworthy peptide company?
I don’t rank vendors or name a most trustworthy company. These checks work on any seller:
- Look up a certificate on the testing lab’s own site.
- Check that the batch number matches your vial.
- Look for a named owner and a real address.
- Pay by card where you can.
- Search FDA’s warning letters and fda.gov for the seller’s name.
How to read a peptide COA walks through the certificate part, and research peptides and US law explains what a research-only label means.

Common questions
Is Next Level Pharm legit?
It is partly checkable. I found no FDA warning letter naming Next Level Pharm or Next Level Research Group LLC on 3 October 2026. It names its testing labs, publishes batch certificates, and one BPC-157 certificate checks out on the tester Janoshik's own site. It takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Against that, it names no owner, lists its registered agent's address, was formed in March 2026, and gives no refunds once an order ships.
Does Next Level Pharm test its products?
Its About page says Horizon Analytical tests every batch, and its homepage shows an "In-house lab" HPLC badge. Its BPC-157 page links three documents. They are a Horizon purity certificate (lot NLP-7317226-P, 99.36%), a Horizon endotoxin certificate (below 0.05 EU/mL) and a Janoshik test of batch NLP0330-001 (99.414%, 11.63 mg). I confirmed the Janoshik record on Janoshik's own site. I could not check the Horizon certificates on Horizon's portal, which asks for a report number they do not print.
What is the Next Level Pharm return policy?
Its return policy says all sales are final, and that it accepts no returns, exchanges or refunds once an order ships. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, it will issue a replacement at its sole discretion, provided the customer sends photos within 48 hours of delivery. It does not issue money refunds for goods damaged in transit.
Where is Next Level Pharm located?
Its site lists 30 N Gould St, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Wyoming's business registry gives that same address as the principal office, mailing address and registered agent of Next Level Research Group LLC. That is the company named on its Janoshik certificate. The registered agent is Northwest Registered Agent Service Inc. A registered agent's address is where legal papers go, so it does not show where the business operates.
Who owns Next Level Pharm?
I could not find out. Its About page mentions unnamed founders, and the Wyoming filing for Next Level Research Group LLC names no member or manager. The only party named in it is the registered agent, which also organized the company.
Next Level Pharm reviews: what do independent sources say?
Its Trustpilot profile, claimed in April 2026, had no reviews on 3 October 2026, and I found no Finnrick listing for it. The one independent, checkable data point I found is the Janoshik test of a single BPC-157 batch. I do not repeat testimonials a vendor publishes about itself.
Does Peptide Decode recommend Next Level Pharm?
This site's where-to-buy blocks list Next Level Pharm, with a Featured label, on research-compound pages for products it stocks. That listing is not a rating. This review reports its checklist results the same way as for any other vendor, negatives included.
