Peptide Partners Review: Is It Legit? FDA Letter, COAs, Tests

Is Peptide Partners legit? FDA sent it a warning letter in August 2026. It posts 397 lab records, and Finnrick passed 74 of 102 samples. Address and refunds checked.

The short version

Peptide Partners (peptide.partners) received an FDA warning letter dated 24 August 2026 over seven products, including semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide. It names its testing labs and posts 397 batch-numbered lab records. The independent tester Finnrick passed 74 of its 102 classifiable samples, a 66% rating. Its only address is a mailbox at a UPS Store in Sarasota, Florida. I checked its pages, FDA's records and Finnrick on 3 October 2026. There is no score, only sourced facts.

FDA warning letter

FDA reviewed peptide.partners in July 2026 and sent warning letter MARCS-CMS 735063 on 24 August 2026. It named seven products as unapproved new drugs:

  • GLP-1 S (semaglutide)
  • GLP-2 T (tirzepatide)
  • GLP-3 Reta (retatrutide)
  • SS-31 (elamipretide)
  • Tesa Peptide (tesamorelin)
  • PT-141 (bremelanotide)
  • Reconstitution Solution (BAC), its bacteriostatic water

The products were labelled for research use only. FDA said the product pages showed they were meant as drugs. It quoted study summaries, such as one saying semaglutide “could have a protective effect on brain cells, which might be relevant for neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s”. A retatrutide page called it “a new drug for diabetes and obesity”.

FDA treated the bacteriostatic water as a drug too. Selling it alongside the peptides, the letter says, “demonstrates that you intend for your ‘Reconstitution Solution (BAC)’ to be used in combination for injection.”

The letter adds that injectable drugs “can pose risks of serious harm to users”.

The letter went to Peptide Partners LLC at the Sarasota mailbox address, and also names Pirsek Technologies at a second Sarasota address.

What changed after the letter

On 3 October 2026, the study summaries FDA quoted no longer appeared on the semaglutide and 12 mg retatrutide pages I checked. The semaglutide page now says “any form of bodily introduction of this product into humans or animals is strictly prohibited.”

All seven products the letter names were still in the shop, out of 39 listings.

Lab reports and testing

The Independent Certifications page lists 397 records by product, batch, manufacturer code, lab and date. Most come from TrustPointe Analytics (198) and Kovera (135), with Chromate (47) and BioRegen (17). Product pages give the batch ID and a manufacturer code, such as WF03 on the 10 mg BPC-157 page.

The page says “All of the certificates that we provide can be validated on the third-party laboratory’s website.” The files themselves load from peptide.partners. The two I opened each carry a code for the lab’s own lookup portal:

  • Chromate report #40067, retatrutide batch RTT2633: 99.72% to 99.75% purity by HPLC across 5 vials. Vials held 11.5 to 11.6 mg of a labelled 12 mg, and endotoxin was under 5 EU per vial. The ledger row that opens it reads RT2633.
  • TrustPointe Analytics certificate, BPC-157 batch BC2640, labelled 40 mg: 99.37% to 99.52% purity and 47.8 to 49.0 mg per vial.

I looked up the Chromate report by its job number and access code on Chromate’s verification page, and the lab’s copy matched. TrustPointe’s portal needs a form submission, and I did not check that certificate there.

Neither certificate reports mass spectrometry. Both rely on HPLC: Chromate’s names RP-HPLC with UV detection, and TrustPointe’s lists identity by retention time and by spectral match. My checklist asks for a separate identity test, such as mass spectrometry. Enter the code on the lab’s site before you trust a file. How to read a peptide COA covers what to match.

Finnrick’s independent tests

Finnrick tests vendors’ products, from samples it buys or that buyers send in. It lists 103 Peptide Partners tests across 10 peptides, the latest on 24 September 2026. Of those, 74 of 102 classifiable tests passed its standard (purity of 99.5% or more, dose within 35%), and 1 was incomplete. That is a 66% rating, 332nd of 457 vendors.

BPC-15756%11
Sermorelin52%2

CJC-129535%9

Finnrick says TB-500, CJC-1295, tesamorelin and BPC-157 show “purity misses and large fill swings”. These are Finnrick’s methods and numbers, separate from the company’s own certificates.

The homepage headline says “Independent analysis ranks Peptide Partners #1 for overall peptide quality”. It does not name the analysis.

Where is Peptide Partners located?

Its contact page lists “8350 Bee Ridge Rd #379, Sarasota, FL 34241” as a “business mailing address”. That address is The UPS Store #6661, which rents private mailboxes, so #379 is a mailbox number. It does not show where the business operates.

Who runs Peptide Partners?

The site names no individual owner. Its terms say Peptide Partners is “operated by Pirsek Technologies LLC” and governed by Wyoming law. FDA addressed its letter to Zachary David Hoff at Peptide Partners LLC.

Florida’s company search lists no entity named Peptide Partners LLC or Pirsek Technologies. I did not search Wyoming’s registry.

Payments, refunds and shipping

  • Payment: methods are not listed publicly. The payment policy says they are “presented during checkout”, so I could not confirm card payment.
  • Refunds: full refund if you cancel before the order ships. Once it ships, no cancellation or refund.
  • Damaged or wrong items: email photos of the packaging and labels within 48 hours of delivery. The company “may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time replacement or reshipment”.
  • Chargebacks: it calls an “unwarranted chargeback” a breach of the sale agreement and says it will send its records to the bank to contest one.
  • Shipping: free on qualifying orders, and “may take extra time due to high demand”. No delivery times are stated.

Lookalike sites

Two other sites use the name:

  • usa-peptidepartners.com copies the peptide.partners homepage, down to the “#1” headline. It lists a different email address, no phone number, and 10% off for crypto payment.
  • officialpeptidepartners.com calls itself “Official Peptide Partners”, with its own email address and a discount code.

FDA’s letter and Finnrick both tie Peptide Partners to peptide.partners. Neither lookalike’s homepage shows the phone number or address that peptide.partners lists.

How to tell if a peptide supplier is legit

I don’t rank vendors or name a most trustworthy one. These checks apply to Peptide Partners and any other seller:

  1. A certificate the lab confirms. Enter the code on the testing lab’s own portal.
  2. An identity test. Mass spectrometry confirms the molecule; purity alone does not.
  3. A search of FDA records. Search FDA’s warning letters for the seller’s name and domain.
  4. An owner and an address you can identify.
  5. A payment method with buyer protection.

My vendor checklist has all 14 checks, and the vendor list applies them to other sellers. Research peptides and US law explains what a research-only label does and doesn’t mean.

Common questions

Is Peptide Partners legit?

Peptide Partners is a real, operating seller with an FDA warning letter on its record. The letter, dated 24 August 2026, says seven of its products, including semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide, are unapproved new drugs. In its favour, it names its testing labs and posts 397 batch-numbered lab records. Against it, Finnrick passed only 74 of its 102 classifiable samples, its only address is a UPS Store mailbox, and shipped orders cannot be refunded. The scorecard on this page lists each point with its source.

Did Peptide Partners get an FDA warning letter?

Yes. FDA reviewed peptide.partners in July 2026 and sent warning letter MARCS-CMS 735063 to Peptide Partners LLC on 24 August 2026. It names seven unapproved new drugs: semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, SS-31, tesamorelin, PT-141 and its bacteriostatic water. FDA cited disease claims on the product pages, such as a line linking semaglutide to Alzheimer's disease. As of 3 October 2026, FDA lists no close-out letter.

Does Peptide Partners test its peptides?

It publishes third-party results. Its Independent Certifications page lists 397 records by batch: 133 purity, 113 endotoxin, 104 heavy-metal and 47 sterility tests, from TrustPointe Analytics, Kovera, Chromate and BioRegen. The two certificates I opened confirm identity by HPLC, and neither reports a mass spectrometry identity test. The Chromate report matched the copy on Chromate's own verification page.

What do independent tests say about Peptide Partners?

Finnrick lists 103 tests across 10 peptides, the latest on 24 September 2026. 74 of 102 classifiable samples passed its standard of 99.5% purity and a dose within 35%. That is a 66% rating, 332nd of 457 vendors. Retatrutide scored best, at 93% over 30 tests. TB-500 and CJC-1295 scored worst, at 34% and 35%.

Who owns Peptide Partners?

The site names no individual owner. Its terms say Peptide Partners is operated by Pirsek Technologies LLC and governed by Wyoming law. FDA addressed its warning letter to Zachary David Hoff at Peptide Partners LLC. The letter also names Pirsek Technologies at a second Sarasota address. Florida's company search lists no entity named Peptide Partners LLC or Pirsek Technologies.

What is the Peptide Partners refund policy?

You can cancel for a full refund before the order ships. Once it ships, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. For a damaged parcel or a wrong item, email photos of the packaging and labels within 48 hours of delivery. The company may then offer a one-time replacement or reshipment at its discretion.

Is Peptide Partners legit on Reddit?

Forum posts on Reddit are opinions, and they cannot verify what is in a vial. Check the records instead: FDA's August 2026 warning letter, Finnrick's 103 tests and the company's own lab certificates, confirmed on the lab's site.

What is the most trustworthy peptide company?

I don't rank vendors or name a most trustworthy one. Check any seller for a certificate the testing lab confirms and an identity test by mass spectrometry. Search FDA's warning letters for its name. Then look for a named owner, a real address and a payment method with buyer protection. My vendor checklist covers all 14 checks.

Is usa-peptidepartners.com the real Peptide Partners?

FDA's letter and Finnrick both tie Peptide Partners to peptide.partners. usa-peptidepartners.com copies that homepage but lists a different email address, no phone number and a crypto discount. officialpeptidepartners.com also uses the name with its own email address. Neither homepage shows the phone number or address that peptide.partners lists.

What is the downside of taking peptides like these?

Research peptides are not approved for human use, and no regulator checks that a vial matches its label. Independent testing shows the risk: Finnrick failed 28 of the 102 classifiable Peptide Partners samples it rated. Approved peptide medicines such as semaglutide and tirzepatide come from a pharmacy with a prescription and a reviewed label.

Is this review paid for or affiliated with Peptide Partners?

No. Peptide Decode has no affiliate or commercial relationship with Peptide Partners, and the company did not pay for or see this page before publication. The site's research-access page sends readers to a different supplier, Spartan Peptides.
