SLU-PP-332 Dosage: Why No Human Protocol Exists

SLU-PP-332 dosage: no human protocol exists. Only mouse intraperitoneal dosing has been published, and it does not translate to a human figure.

The short version

No human dose exists for SLU-PP-332, in any published source. The only dosing anywhere is from mouse studies, commonly around 50 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection. Humans do not use that route, and this site will not scale the dose into a human figure. Vendor pages selling it for research use give no human dose either.

  • No human protocol exists for SLU-PP-332 in any source this site could verify.
  • Mouse studies used intraperitoneal injection, commonly around 50 mg/kg. That is an animal research dose and route, not a human starting point.
  • Vendors selling it for research use themselves state it is not for human or veterinary use and give no human dose.

No dose is FDA-approved for SLU-PP-332, because no product has completed FDA review. Unlike most research compounds on this site, it also has no human-facing dosing protocol to report. This page explains why, rather than filling the gap with a number nobody can source.

US legal status - Unapproved drug

Not FDA-approved for any indication. Not on FDA's 503A bulk drug substances list. Sold through research-chemical vendors who themselves label it research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

SLU-PP-332 dosage: no common protocol in circulation

I could not locate two independent sources describing a human dose for SLU-PP-332, because none exists. The research-chemical vendor pages that sell it say it is for laboratory research only, not human use, and give no dose. The only dosing published anywhere is in mouse studies.

Common protocol

No consistent protocol in circulation. No human dosing protocol exists in any source I could find. Research-chemical vendor pages that sell it state it is for laboratory and analytical research use only, not approved for human or veterinary use, and give no human dose. The only dosing that exists anywhere is in mouse studies (commonly 50 mg/kg intraperitoneally), which is an animal research dose, not a human protocol, and this site does not extrapolate one from it.

The mouse dose, and why it does not become a human one

Vendor and research-chemical pages selling SLU-PP-332 cite a mouse research dose of around 50 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection. That is the dose the peer-reviewed mouse study Billon 2023 - Billon C, Sitaula S, Banerjee S et al. Synthetic ERRα/β/γ Agonist Induces an ERRα-Dependent Acute Aerobic Exercise Response and Enhances Exercise Capacity. ACS Chem Biol. 2023;18(4):756-771., in the references below used, injected twice a day. It is an animal research dose in mg per kg, given by a route (injection into the abdominal cavity) that no consumer product uses.

This site does not scale an animal intraperitoneal dose into a human oral or injectable figure. That would invent a number no source states, which is what this site’s sourcing policy exists to prevent.

Who should not use it

No FDA-reviewed contraindication list exists, because no human review of SLU-PP-332 has happened at all. Nobody should self-direct an unapproved research chemical, never studied in humans, around a current medical condition, medication or pregnancy.

SLU-PP-332 side effects and risks

No human safety data exist for SLU-PP-332 at any dose or route. The mouse study cited above measured exercise and metabolic outcomes, not a safety profile, and used a delivery route not used in people. A vial bought from a research-chemical vendor also carries no verified content, purity or dose accuracy.

Common questions

What is the usual SLU-PP-332 dose?

None is established. This site could not find two independent human-facing sources describing a common human dose, because none exists. Every dosing figure in the published literature and on vendor pages is a mouse research dose, not a human one.

What dose was used in the mouse study?

Vendor and research-chemical pages selling SLU-PP-332 cite a mouse research dose of around 50 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection, the figure behind the exercise-mimicking effects the published mouse study reports. That is an animal research dose and delivery route, not a human protocol, and this page does not convert it into one.

Is there an FDA-approved SLU-PP-332 dose?

No. SLU-PP-332 has no FDA-approved product and no approved indication or dose of any kind.

Why doesn't this page give a human dosing protocol?

Because none exists to report. This site's policy is to state what real, checkable sources describe as common practice. For SLU-PP-332, the sources that exist (research-chemical vendor pages) say it is not approved for human use and give no human dose. A figure invented from the mouse data would not be sourced.

What are the main risks?

The clearest risk is the total absence of human data. No study has measured what SLU-PP-332 does to a person, at any dose, by any route. A vial bought from a research-chemical vendor carries no verified content, purity or dose accuracy either.
