PNC-27 Dosage: No Dose Has Ever Been Established

PNC-27 has no established dose - it has never been given to a human in a trial. Why sources disagree, and why cancer needs an oncologist, not a guess.

The short version

No dose of PNC-27 has ever been established, because no human being has ever been given it in a trial. One research-market page I checked leaves its dosage chart blank and says why. Another states a specific-sounding number with no study or case report behind it, while warning buyers this is "not a DIY peptide." This page reports no protocol. A cancer diagnosis needs an oncologist, not a number from a vendor page.

  • No dose has ever been given to a human in a published trial, so there is nothing to report as established.
  • The two research-market pages checked do not agree: one leaves dosing blank, the other states a figure with no source behind it.
  • Cancer is a serious, time-sensitive disease. An unsourced number from a vendor page is not a substitute for oncology care.
  • No reconstitution target exists here worth calculating toward.

No dose has ever been established for PNC-27, because no human being has ever been given it in a published trial. This page explains what the research-market pages say and why they do not meet this site’s bar for a common protocol. For the mechanism and full evidence picture, see the main PNC-27 guide.

US legal status - Unapproved drug

No FDA-approved product, no registered human trial of any kind. Sold as an unregulated research chemical.

PNC-27 dosage: no common protocol found

Common protocol

No consistent protocol in circulation. No usable common protocol can be established, and this site would not publish one for this compound even if two sources agreed. PNC-27 has never entered a human clinical trial - both published studies are entirely in cultured cancer cell lines. Of the research-market pages fetched, PeptideDosageCharts.com explicitly leaves its dosage table empty ('Cited dosing data is being compiled for this compound') and states no peer-reviewed human trial results exist, while Peptide Initiative gives a specific-sounding figure (1-2 mg once daily, 4-6 week cycle) with no trial, case report or any other verifiable source behind it - and in the same breath warns buyers 'this is not a DIY peptide' and to 'never replace proven treatments with experimental ones without your oncologist's guidance.' One source gives an invented figure it does not itself stand behind; the other gives none at all. That is not agreement between two real sources, and PNC-27 is marketed against cancer, a serious disease - a context where this site will not state an unsupported number as common practice under any circumstance.

I checked two research-market pages. They disagree.

  • One leaves its dosage chart entirely blank and says no peer-reviewed human trial results exist for PNC-27.
  • The other states a specific-sounding figure, 1-2 mg once daily on a 4-6 week cycle. No study, case report or other verifiable source stands behind it. The same page warns buyers that “this is not a DIY peptide” and to never replace proven cancer treatment with it.

A number that its own source does not support cannot count as a second source agreeing with the first. No protocol is reported here.

Why there is no trial dose to fall back on either

Unlike some research compounds on this site, PNC-27 has no published animal-model dose to report instead of a human one. Both published studies Sarafraz-Yazdi 2010 - Sarafraz-Yazdi E, Bowne WB, Adler V et al. Anticancer peptide PNC-27 adopts an HDM-2-binding conformation and kills cancer cells by binding to HDM-2 in their membranes. Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2010;107(5):1918-23., in the references below Krzesaj 2024 - Krzesaj P, Adler V, Feinman RD et al. Anti-Cancer Peptide PNC-27 Kills Cancer Cells by Unique Interactions with Plasma Membrane-Bound hdm-2 and with Mitochondrial Membranes Causing Mitochondrial Disruption. Ann Clin Lab Sci. 2024;54(2):137-148., in the references below are entirely in cultured human cancer cell lines. They applied concentrations to cells in a laboratory dish, not a dose to a living organism of any species. No method this page will state can convert those in vitro concentrations into a human dose.

How to reconstitute PNC-27

This page has no legitimate dosing target to help anyone reconstitute toward. The dosage calculator works through general reconstitution arithmetic for a given vial. It does not supply or endorse a dose for a compound with zero established human data.

What is not established

  • No human trial has ever been conducted for PNC-27, at any dose, in any population, for any purpose.
  • No animal tumor-model dose exists that this site could verify, let alone a human one.
  • No FDA-approved dose exists, because no product has undergone any regulatory review.
  • No common-practice protocol exists in real sources. The only specific figure found has no source behind it, and the source publishing it does not claim otherwise.

Who should not use it

Nobody should use PNC-27 to self-treat cancer or any other condition. It has zero human safety or efficacy data. Cancer is a serious, often time-sensitive disease. An unregulated research chemical that has never been tested in humans cannot substitute for, or safely supplement, evaluated treatment from a licensed oncologist.

PNC-27 side effects and risks

No human safety data of any kind exists: no Phase 1 trial, no published case report, nothing. The published research describes an intended effect on cancer cells in culture. It says nothing about what PNC-27 does inside a living person. A vial sold outside any regulated or clinical-trial system carries no verified content, purity, sterility or actual concentration.

Common questions

What is the usual PNC-27 dose?

There is no usual dose, because PNC-27 has never been given to a human being in a published trial of any kind. I checked two research-market pages. One leaves its dosage chart empty and says no peer-reviewed human trial results exist. The other states a specific number (1-2 mg daily) with no study, case report or other verifiable source behind it. Those two do not agree on a protocol, so none is reported here.

Has PNC-27 ever been tested in a person?

No. Both published studies of PNC-27 are entirely in cultured human cancer cell lines in a laboratory. No animal tumor-model study and no human clinical trial of any kind has been published that this site could verify.

Is there an FDA-approved PNC-27 dose?

No. PNC-27 has no FDA-approved product and has never entered a registered human trial. There is no dose to approve, because there is no human data to review.

I have cancer - should I use PNC-27 instead of my treatment plan?

No. Cancer treatment decisions belong with a licensed oncologist who knows your specific diagnosis, staging and history. PNC-27 has zero human trial evidence behind it: no dose, no safety data, no demonstrated outcome in a single person. Delaying or replacing evaluated treatment with it means acting with no supporting evidence at all. Even the research-market pages selling it warn against exactly this.

What are the main risks?

There is no human data of any kind. A vial sold as PNC-27 is made and sold entirely outside any regulated pharmaceutical or clinical-trial supply chain. It carries no verified content, purity, sterility or actual concentration.

When should I stop and get medical care?

Get emergency care (call 911 in the US) for any severe or rapidly worsening symptom, or signs of a severe allergic reaction. Call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 if you have taken an unknown or excessive amount of anything sold as PNC-27. If you have cancer, your oncology team - not this page - is where treatment decisions belong.
